Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: USD $5.00 per order.
Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over USD $99.00.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business daysafter payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your destination and local courier services.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, wvhuk.com cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, severe weather, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, or other force majeure events.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Currently, only one shipping addresscan be used per order. If you would like items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders, or temporary addresses. Orders with invalid or incomplete shipping information may experience processing delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment throughout the delivery process.
If you do not receive your tracking information within a few business days after your order has been processed, please contact our customer support team.
