Returns Policy

At wvhuk.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility
For online purchases, wvhuk.com accepts merchandise in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original order confirmation or invoice.
Full-price merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Be returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached (if applicable).
Show no signs of alteration, damage, or misuse.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return. wvhuk.com reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
Please note: Final Sale items and any products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund.


How Do I Return an Item?
Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Service team to request return authorization and obtain the correct return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed. wvhuk.com is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.


Refunds
Once your returned merchandise has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.
Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We will review your request promptly and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution.


Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. All new orders are subject to product availability.


Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
